The Nepean Atom B Lethal Lightning went 5 and 0 to win the 9th Annual Capital House League Championships March 8th to 10th at the Bell Sensplex. Down 3 to 1 late in the 3rd period of the Championship game to the undefeated Stittsville Atomic Rams the boys dug deep and scored to make it 3 - 2 with 3 minutes to go. With one minute to go we pulled the goalie for the extra attacker and scored the equalizer with just 3 seconds left on the clock. Overtime finalized nothing and we had to go to a shootout. We scored with our 5th shooter and our goalie came up big with a quick glove hand save to seal the win.
Thanks to all the very loud parents and fans for your support and cheering all weekend long.
