9.0 hours on ice technical skills, game situation drills and drills specific to the NMHA goaltender try-out evaluation.

This program will be of interest to highly motivated players at the Novice (2003), Minor Atom (2002) and Major Atom (2001) at the B, A, and AA levels.
This intense on-ice program will be demanding for better performance.
Acceleration, balance and a continuum of power skating principles will enhance the player´s skill level with stick handling and shooting mixed into the program.
Limited to 24 players and 4 goaltenders.
Note: Dates and times vary for this program. Tuesdays and Thursdays between 5:30 and 7:30 p.m. There will be 19 on-ice sessions for this program.

This camp combines fundamental on and off ice hockey skills and knowledge with athletic fun and structured recreation for players aged 8-14.
Maximum of 24 skaters and 4 goalies on ice per group with a 4:1 pupil to instructor ratio.

This camp will be focused on the development of the special skills required for defensemen aged 8-14. The camp will emphasize defensive-style power skating, defensive-style puck control, passing and receiving as well as shooting. Defensive responsibilities will be emphasized in each zone of the ice.
Maximum of 24 skaters.

This camp is for players looking to prepare themselves for the bantam/minor midget tryouts that start August 27, 2012. Emphasis on this camp will be conditioning and flow drills for players wanting to improve their conditioning and sharpen their skills prior to the start of tryouts. Ice sessions will be Saturday and Sunday during the day and every evening Monday through Friday.
Cost is $300.

The main purpose of this camp is to prepare for house league sort-outs in mid-September.
This camp concentrates on drills to improve your game and incorporates power skating skills.

Objective of the camp is to improve goalie skills for house league sort-outs.

This course is not intended for new players learning to skate.

The 3 Minor Atom competitive teams will be hosting HockeyFest 2012 April 6, 2012. This is a one-day event where players from Novice (2003 and 2004 birth years) are mixed with players from the three Minor Atom competititve teams for a series of fun 4-on-4 games followed by pizza and drinks for the players. Coffee will be available for the parents.
Members of the Competititve Committee will be on hand to provide information on the competitive program, how tryouts operate or answer any other questions that may arise.
